- Build a team of professional, experienced voice-over artists, provide mentoring and coaching to meet high quality standards.
- Create a style guide and set of standards that will allow the team to produce well-crafted narratives that compliments the produced video.
- Build a quality control process to ensure deliver meets or exceeds expectations.
- Ability to produce clearly articulated and engaging stories with quality equipment and clean audio up to broadcast standards.
- Demonstrate advanced equipment proficiency using a computer, professional high-quality microphones, audio interfaces, and digital audio workstations (ie. Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Adobe Audition)
- Ability to collaborate on an assignment with a team of producers, photographers, video editors, writers, and editors.
- Manage multiple responsibilities, changing priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environment without missing deadlines.
- Ability to re-record readings quickly and on-brand according to brand and style guides.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College with
- 2+ years of experience managing a team
- 7+ years of professional VO experience, preferably for an agency, brand, or cable network as full-time staff or as preferred freelance talent.
- A track record of commitment to prior employees
- Portfolio of 5+ examples of 1–3-minute videos with voice-over clips preferred showcasing various reading styles.
- Leadership and management skills, including the ability to prioritize and control the workload of a team, coaching, and mentoring through professional development.
- Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, objectivity, and the ability to think strategically.
- Success in building strong, cohesive teams by leading and motivating towards action/execution through influence and collaboration
- Experience with creating effective KPIs and meeting performance metrics, being results-oriented
- Mastery of editing software (Primarily Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, or Adobe Audition) with the ability to edit/mitigate flubs, takes, breathes, and room tone.
- Proficiency with audio tools and effects (Equalizers, compressors/limiters, and noise reduction) as well as audio interfaces, microphones, mixing consoles, etc.
- Learn to read and edit content on brand and within style guides
- Proficient with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of non-linear editing software (Primarily Adobe Premiere Pro)

Do you possess experience managing and producing voice-over artist? Join us at Homes.com as we create premium content to support buyers, sellers, and real estate agents through all phases of the home purchasing process.
As a voice-over manager for Homes.com (a subsidiary of CoStar Group), you'll be part of a dynamic team that are crafting stories to give home buyers a street-level window into the lifestyle and vibe of neighborhoods, parks and schools throughout the country as they shop for their new homes; and you're helping agents grow their business by connecting them with new clients.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a critical thinker and a creative problem solver. You'll draw on previous experience in team and project management processes, commercial shoots, documentary-style storytelling, and marketing content to create engaging, persuasive, and entertaining visuals for all corners of Homes.com. Your team will record narratives that will support Homes.com video guides to help tell the story of what it would be like to live in a community. These guides provide invaluable help to families, individuals, real estate agents, owners, investors and more in discovering communities, making informed decisions, and navigating the dynamic landscape of residential real estate and beyond. Multiple rounds of changes and feedback are part of the job, so adaptability is a must.
