      Job Title: VP Relationship Manager

      SUMMARY
      Develop and maintain customer relationship with corporate /commercial clients, by providing professional financial solution in areas of deposit and lending. Responsible for generation and management of profitable loan and deposit portfolio and non-interest income through the development and retention of long term, profitable client relationship.
      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Identify and establish new relationship, consistent with Bank’s commercial objective, so that bank’s market share is maximized.
      • Acquires and builds relationship with targeted customers; managing and reviewing their portfolio from time to time.
      • High level of judgment & ability to read the market in as far as new business opportunity are concerned.
      • Retains and strengthens current relationships and seeks to develop new business through various channel, and by participating in various community events.
      • Maintaining high client satisfaction rating though successful working relationship with clients.
      • Identifies the credit worthiness/risk appetite of portfolio clients and introduce them to bank products/services accordingly to maximize portfolio revenue.
      • Proactively motivates, lead and develop direct reports promoting a positive team oriented work environment.
      • Demonstrates a commitment to sales and service by meeting and exceeding established sales, service and profit goals are met.
      • Acquires new business through active calling and site visits on existing clients to solicit referral and calling on targeted prospects.
      • Work with other Bank partners to uncover sales opportunities among both current and potential business customers.
      • Partners with Branch Service manager on joint calling, best practice, educate branches on commercial banking products.
      • Raises capital as needed by the organization.
      • Analyzes investment options and makes recommendations to corporate officers for institution investment.
      • Communicates with the Service Branch Manager to resolve customer’s complex.
      • Participates with community organizations and in community projects.
      • Take all types of loan applications and follows through to approval or rejections.
      EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
      Bachelors Degree in Management, Accounting or other related field and at least five to ten years of management and sales experience in a financial institution or related industry.
      LANGUAGE SKILLS
      Must have above average verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
