      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of 35 professionals to achieve individual and team goals
      - Develop and articulate go-forward strategies to expand event revenue lines
      - Engage with clients and provide world-class solutions to meet their objectives
      - Design and implement a cohesive business strategy across sales, marketing, and sales enablement teams
      - Create revenue growth plans, establish financial targets, and determine resource requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 15+ years of sales and C-level events management experience
      - Track record of managing sizable revenue goals and teams
      - Strong metrics and data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Willingness to travel globally (35%)
      - Based on the east coast of the US, preferably in the NYC metropolitan area or Greater Boston area
