      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide visionary leadership to the global inside sales team, setting clear objectives and strategies to achieve sales targets
      - Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of leaders and individual contributors
      - Oversee and optimize inside sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
      - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of inside sales initiatives
      - Collaborate with regional sales leaders to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to global inside sales efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated progressive sales leadership experience especially with high-growth inside sales teams
      - Experience building and managing sales programs including messaging, metrics, methodology, and tools
      - Demonstrable track record of managing an accurate sales forecast
      - Strong ability to interact and influence C-level executives and team members
      - 7+ years of management experience, ideally within both sales development + mid-market closing teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience as a Sales Director in a software development company
      - Experience in managing global sales teams
      - Track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue
      - Strong communication and negotiation skills
      - MBA or equivalent advanced degree
