      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement an enterprise-wide Human Resources strategy aligned with business goals
      - Lead and manage the HR team to provide comprehensive HR services, including employee relations and performance management
      - Oversee the development and management of compensation and benefit programs for all employees
      - Drive talent acquisition strategies to position the employer as an employer of choice
      - Champion HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives for talent management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience in a progressive Human Resources environment
      - Proven experience in leading talent acquisition and HR teams, including remote management
      - Strong skills in relationship building and advising on HR implications of business decisions
      - In-depth knowledge of human resources trends and alternative HR practices
      - Ability to influence business decisions related to talent acquisition, management, and employee engagement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in driving assimilation in new or acquired business entities
      - Proven track record of leading teams and delivering strategic HR excellence
      - Familiarity with progressive HR practices and key trends in the industry
