What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and lead the B2B sales strategy for healthcare and wellness ecosystems
- Identify, engage, and convert high-potential B2B partners for product piloting and scaling
- Develop sales playbooks and collateral to support partner success and product adoption
- Foster relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including physicians, franchise executives, and corporate wellness leaders
- Create feedback loops to inform product development and go-to-market strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in medical device sales, particularly in relevant sectors such as orthopedics, dermatology, or recovery
- Demonstrated success in selling to both healthcare and consumer-facing businesses
- Strong understanding of product launch strategies and business monetization
- Ability to translate complex product features into clear value propositions for various stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
