What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead efforts to penetrate and expand the presence in the Distribution & Fulfillment (D&F) market
- Design and implement systems, processes, and performance frameworks that drive measurable growth
- Identify, pursue, and secure new clients within the D&F space
- Build and mentor a sales development team to support both D&F and Parcel sectors
- Drive revenue growth in both the new D&F market and established Parcel segment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience (7+ years) in sales leadership roles within the Distribution & Fulfillment material handling industry
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and building client relationships
- Ability to travel up to 70%
- Familiarity with both Parcel shipping and D&F industry dynamics
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

- Experience in automation solutions and integration projects
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
