      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build, manage, and lead a direct sales division, including Regional Sales Directors, District Managers, and Account Executives
      - Achieve and surpass team sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
      - Recruit and optimize the performance of team members to expand territory
      - Provide insightful reporting to management, accurately forecasting sales and addressing key issues
      - Cultivate and manage key partner relationships to enhance business opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience managing a sales team in the payment acquisition industry
      - Proven experience in building successful teams
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

      - Experience in the payments industry and knowledge of relevant software solutions
