      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the expansion of InTouch's US operations by building relationships with resellers and municipalities
      - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the US market
      - Identify key opportunities and foster relationships with decision-makers in local governments
      - Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure solutions meet client needs
      - Drive the adoption of GovTech solutions in untapped territories

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in the traffic enforcement sector
      - Proven track record in selling Software/SaaS solutions, especially in complex environments
      - Strong understanding of selling to public sector clients, including municipalities and government bodies
      - Experience in traffic enforcement, including both speeding and parking enforcement
      - Skilled in developing and maintaining relationships with high-level stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in building a sales team from scratch
      - Data-driven approach, utilizing CRM tools and analytics to guide strategy
      - Familiarity with government decision-making processes and public sector operations
      - Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced sales environment
      - A proactive attitude towards embracing challenges and driving sales
