      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Continuously improve the talent acquisition function and provide an outstanding candidate experience
      - Build and develop a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals
      - Partner with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to build a talent acquisition strategy and roadmap
      - Conduct workforce planning and identify talent trends
      - Challenge the status quo and provide effective talent acquisition processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - 12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition in a hyper-growth SaaS or technology environment
      - 7+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing talent acquisition teams
      - Strong understanding of the recruiting landscape and emerging trends
      - Experience scaling a recruiting function during aggressive growth
      - Strategic thinking and ability to deliver impactful results using metrics and analytics
      - Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience in remote work or managing geographically dispersed teams
      - Knowledge of global talent acquisition practices and regulations
      - Familiarity with employer branding and marketing strategies
      - Certification or training in diversity, equity, and inclusion
