- Develop a trusted partner relationship with client segment stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Lead and develop a Partner Management team that manages the client relationship by providing consultation and leadership to drive strategic and operational outcomes
- Lead and develop a Project Management team that manages the client custom development projects by partnering with the client to develop requirements, testing and implementation strategies
- Develop and implement effective strategies and processes to manage client segments
- Partner with multiple business areas to build and implement business cases to hire dedicated resources, etc. to deliver on client business objectives
- Monitor, report on, and resolve billing issues, unbilled items, financial risks and opportunities on an ongoing basis
- Identify and implement metrics for internal and external monitoring and reporting
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous role(s) in Consulting, Account Management, Operations or Client Relationship Management
- 10+ years experience with strategic relationship building with internal and external clients
- 7+ years experience with program and project management
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to work outside of standard business hours as needed
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- MBA degree
- Experience in payments processing or the financial services industry and experience cultivating strategic partnerships
- Industry experience in credit/debit, issuing, Group Service Providers, installment lending, ATM or financial institution experience
- Contract and negotiation experience
- Familiarity with Fiserv Debit and Credit Processing Platforms, STAR, ATMs, and related products
