What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and execute the F5 Security vision and strategy, aligning it with company goals
- Own end-to-end product management, reporting directly to the General Managers
- Establish a clear charter, vision, and product strategy for the F5 security suite
- Manage and supervise staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing guidance
- Deliver web content, whitepapers, and demonstrations to drive customer adoption

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in a relevant field, MBA desirable
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management in the security industry
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing a team of product managers
- Experience in delivering enterprise-grade security products on SaaS at scale
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
