What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Call preset scheduled sales appointments of timeshare owners seeking cancellation assistance
- Onboard clients by understanding their situations and explaining the services offered
- Input client information accurately into Salesforce
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries and maintain organized records
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a steady flow of leads and appointments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in timeshare sales
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
