      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee all sales activities across the AMER region, driving growth and expanding market share
      - Define and own the sales strategy for the AMER region, including new business acquisition and customer retention
      - Establish and refine scalable sales processes to enhance the customer journey from acquisition to retention
      - Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives and maximize impact
      - Lead the forecasting process for the region, ensuring consistent sales achievement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 7+ years of sales leadership experience, including second line leadership, in the enterprise software sales sector, particularly in SaaS
      - Proven ability to lead and scale sales teams across multiple customer segments, including SMB, Commercial, and Enterprise
      - Deep knowledge of AMER markets, including LATAM & APAC, with the ability to navigate their complexities
      - Strong track record in managing and growing both direct and indirect sales teams
      - Willingness to travel at least once per quarter, with potential for monthly travel based on customer needs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with companies in eCommerce and search technology sectors
      - Ability to leverage sales metrics and buyer behavior data to drive performance
      - Experience building resilient and agile sales teams focused on talent development
      - Knowledge of eCommerce and subscription models, especially usage-based pricing
