- Ensure programs are designed and developed to meet short term and are scalable to meet the future needs of the organization.
- Drive the continued implementation and enhancement of Workday through the organization.
- As a key member of the HR Leadership Team, you will help develop and drive the HR strategy.
- Experience as a change agent with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate a strategy and vision, align people and process and drive execution to achieve the desired results.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience) with 15 years of experience in progressively more responsible HR leadership roles.
- 10+ years of experience in a global Human Resources Business Partner role preferred.
- A global mindset and evidence of leading and being successful in a global organization.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions with deliver a ROI.
- Experience working in a complex highly matrixed organization.
- Experience working on M&A activity.

In this role, you will lead a diverse global team in the areas of Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, DE&I and HR Operations. This is a strategic role that will lead the thought process as we continue to grow both organically and thru often large-scale acquisitions. We are looking for a leader who think outside the box and can set a vision and course of how we can thrive as we continue to grow.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Pay Range: $ 224,000 - $416,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
