- Lead global product marketing strategy for OCI services including compute, networking, storage, containers/Kubernetes, database services, multicloud, and developer tools.
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that highlights OCI’s architectural advantages (e.g., performance, security, price-performance) for technical and executive audiences.
- Drive content strategy and creation, including technical whitepapers, solution briefs, reference architectures, product launch assets, presentations, and video demos.
- Collaborate with Product Management to support launches, roadmap alignment, and key strategic initiatives.
- Build and scale a team of product marketers across key infrastructure domains.
- Deliver effective sales enablement by creating competitive playbooks, battlecards, and objection handling documents to support global field organizations.
- Partner with demand generation, digital marketing, and developer advocacy teams to support campaigns, events, and community engagement.
- Track and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to continuously improve marketing strategies and influence product direction.
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing or technical marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role focused on cloud infrastructure or platform technologies.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure services including compute, networking, storage, DevOps, containers (e.g., Kubernetes), and cloud-native development.
- Strong familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or direct experience marketing competing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a clear understanding of OCI’s unique positioning.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex technologies into accessible, value-driven messaging for technical audiences.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise sales and customer adoption for technical products.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA
Oracle is seeking a technically sophisticated Vice President of Product Marketing or Senior Director to lead product marketing efforts for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role will be instrumental in crafting and communicating the unique value proposition of OCI to developers, IT leaders, and enterprise buyers. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation in hyperscale cloud platforms and infrastructure technologies, with a proven track record of translating technical innovation into compelling narratives that drive market impact and customer adoption.
You will work cross-functionally with OCI product management, engineering, sales, analyst relations, and field marketing to position Oracle as a top-tier cloud infrastructure provider.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $184,400 to $394,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
