What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain landscapes by mowing, trimming, and pruning throughout the year
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and irrigation systems
- Perform grounds maintenance for parking lots and surrounding areas
- Lead a team of technicians to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Travel to multiple locations as required for service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in landscaping, agriculture, lawn care, general maintenance, or a related field
- Must be 21 years of age or older for certain roles
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years
- For Lead Technician roles, a high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial landscaping/exterior building maintenance and leading teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, including installation and troubleshooting
- Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations in the last 3 years
- Ability to pass a driver’s road test for the combination truck and trailer
- Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification within 90 days of hire
