Job Description

Supervise daily operations of material receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of finished goods.
Ensure timely material supply to production lines aligned with lean manufacturing principles and production plans.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems, minimizing physical and accounting discrepancies.
Lead warehouse layout optimization for operational efficiency, as well as 5S, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
Coordinate customer shipments (domestic and international), ensuring timely, complete, and accurate deliveries.
Implement and monitor KPIs such as inventory levels, cycle count accuracy, OTIF, picking errors, and CTPAT compliance.
Design and oversee cycle count programs focused on high-turnover or critical areas.
Establish pre-shipping quality checks and manage export documentation aligned with customs and fiscal regulations.
Ensure full compliance with CTPAT requirements: physical security, access control, cargo inspection, and staff training.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives including process automation, digitization, and Lean / Six Sigma tools.
Lead and develop the warehouse and shipping team (warehouse clerks, operators, shipping coordinators) with a focus on collaboration, performance, and development.
Bachelor’s degree preferred Industrial, Mechatronic.
Advanced English proficiency.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and shipping management in manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and inventory control tools.
Proven experience implementing and maintaining CTPAT standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
High analytical skills and ability to lead under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Reporting to the Sr Manager, you as a Warehouse & DC Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse and shipping areas. You will oversee inventory accuracy, material flow to production lines, and on-time delivery to customers while maintaining compliance with international standards such as CTPAT. This is a key role focused on operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
