Job Description
- Req#: 936738BR
- Engage with facility leadership through monthly recaps and by participating in inventory health and leadership rhythms
- Hire, train and coach the front desk and gate house teams
- Conduct shift review and follow-up related to incident reporting and alarm activity
- Oversee facility access control, badging and metal detector procedures
- Conducts applicable facility safety, environmental and security assessments
- Assist with investigations of inbound and outbound shortage issues
- 2 years of asset protection experience
- 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- 2 years of experience in retail or distribution operations
- Loss prevention certification (LPC)

As a Warehouse Asset Protection Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall function of the company’s asset protection procedures in your assigned supply chain location. You’ll collaborate with all levels of the team to ensure the facility and its employees are safe and secure. In this role, you’ll communicate and work across departments as needed to maintain efficient operations and protect the facility.
