- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Keeping in contact with freight suppliers.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to ensure timely and accurate order handling.
- Manage the scheduling and execution of all paint mixing tasks in the warehouse.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with local procurement and sales to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to the warehouse staff.
- Develop and implement EHS programs and policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Train warehouse staff on proper safety protocols and ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
- Proven experience in warehouse management.
- You like to work with administrative as well as operational tasks.
- Understanding of EHS protocols and regulations is a benefit.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and handling of dangerous goods is beneficial.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- You manage both with English and Finnish as working languages, orally and in writing.
- You are comfortable with IT tools for example Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SAP etc

JOIN THE TEAM
For our warehouse in Vantaa, we are seeking a warehouse manager who is a highly organized and proactive individual who also has the ability to lead a small team. Together with the team you will ensure that our daily operations are running smoothly and as the manager you will also have the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of Environment Health and Safety (EHS). You will work independently and take care of several specific tasks in the warehouse such as, follow up of orders, safety-related topics, communication with our customer service and the sales organization. You will report to our Head of Operations in Copenhagen.
