      The Warehouse Manager will manage the warehouse for efficient, safe & effective receipt, storage, inventory and transport of our components and finished goods. Expanded responsibility across multiple sites as candidate achieves established performance goals and objectives.

      Key Responsibility:

      • Develop and monitor procedures for safety and security of associates, facilities, environment and products
      • Stay current and ensure compliance with federal, state and local requirements for warehousing, shipping, material handling and transportation
      • Create and manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes & procedures and confirm staff compliance with SOPs
      • Ensure all products, items and materials are sorted, labeled and stored according to established SAP policies and standards
      • Develop and manage operating metrics to drive accountability to standard work
      • Support production line component requirements
      • Ensure timely withdrawal of finished goods from production lines
      • Assist with physical inventory plans of products and reconcile with data to maintain adequate inventory levels
      • Ensure efficient inbound and outbound transportation scheduling, unloading/loading and document execution
      • Inspect all warehouse equipment and order repairs & replacements when required
      • Assist an annual budget process: plan expenses, analyze variances and take corrective actions to help company achieve financial objectives
      • Recruit, hire and train new warehouse and administrative associates
      • Other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager
      • Oversee all warehouse operations including resources planning, utilization, coaching & mentoring and issuing corrective action when required

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Processes, Operational Management or a similar field, or equivalent experience
      • 5+ years related experience leading others
      • Experience using SAP, SPC and WMS
      • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
