We offer competitive compensation packages, health benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.Why join us?Industry leading Annual/Performance Bonuses401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceJob DetailsKey ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.Ensure inventory accuracy and proper storage of packaging and food service SKUs.Maintain compliance with warehouse storage best practices for worker safety, product safety, warehouse space efficiency, and operational efficiency.Implement and refine standard work and lean practices to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce waste.Manage delivery scheduling and routing to ensure that company-owned delivery trucks are used efficiently to deliver for our customers.Lead team to complete inventory cycle counts each week/month to validate inventory accuracy.Team LeadershipManage, train, and motivate a team of drivers and warehouse staff to maintain a high level of performance.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment; manage a fast pace with many outbound and inbound SKUs & orders per day.Develop staff through regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements in accordance to FDA, USDA and SQF requirements.Conduct regular safety training and enforce safety protocols.Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.Collaborate with sales, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.QualificationsProven experience as a Warehouse Manager in a food manufacturing or logistics environment.High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards.Strong knowledge of warehouse storage best practices and inventory management.Experience with lean practices and standard work implementation.Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
