      About The Role

      As Warehouse Manager, you'll take ownership of all warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped with precision. More than just managing processes, you'll be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement, and creating a workplace where employees thrive.

      What You'll Do

      • Lead and develop a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, coaching, and fostering growth
      • Build a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated
      • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping
      • Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff, ensuring optimal workforce performance
      • Implement and refine systems for maximum efficiency, including inventory control and layout optimization
      • Become an expert in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline processes
      • Monitor inventory levels, oversee replenishment, and ensure stock accuracy
      • Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by upholding health and safety regulations
      • Maintain warehouse equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
      • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
      • Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and service levels
      • Act with integrity and uphold Mobix's values in every decision and interaction

      What You Bring

      Requirements
      • 3+ years of warehouse management or logistics experience, preferably in a 3PL environment
      • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in hiring, training, and performance management
      • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics software
      • Expertise in inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes
      • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
      • Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices
      • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime during peak periods

      Preferred but not required:
      • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

      Physical Requirements
      • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
      • Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs as needed
      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
