- Inventory Management :
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.

- Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures and workflows.

- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
- Safety and Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Train and enforce proper handling and storage of materials to prevent accidents or damage.
- Shipping and Receiving :
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize transportation and delivery schedules.
- Resolve shipping-related issues and address customer inquiries.
- Technology and Systems :
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and SellerCloud to track and manage inventory.
- Ensure SellerCloud is operated - including scanning containers, shipments, and bins in and out - and train the team on how to use the platform.
- Implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in warehouse management.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a managerial position in warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant technologies.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize processes.
- Driver's License (Preferred)
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing processes to meet operational goals and customer satisfaction.
About The Role :
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful development of some of our product categories in line with targets and management within our sales channels. You will be accountable for forecasting and planning product and category sales, analyzing product-level data on different sales channels (Amazon, our web shops, and other marketplaces) to improve the category's P&L and product variation and catalog growth.
You will work closely with stakeholders from multiple departments across the company, including Channel Management, Marketing, Purchasing, Shop Management, and Product Management, to drive category success. Additionally, you will analyze competitors' marketing, selection, and pricing, making strategic changes and product scouting within North American markets.
