We are seeking an experienced warehouse professional for an exciting opportunity with FULL-TIME hours in Southington, CT.
You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations, working in a fast-paced environment as part of an experienced team. Logistics management experience is a must-have, as you will spend your day managing a team and the facility.

salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Safely oversee and coordinate the movement of product throughout the warehouse, until dispatched on client order for activity.
- Assist in monitoring the performance of operational staff
- Track progress with regards to skills and training for all operational staff and lead by instruction and example.
- Enforce systemic procedures, assure the accuracy of the inventory and the quality of the job being performed.
- Handle, Pack, Move fine artwork around the facility.
- Communicate with buyers and confrim shipments and packcages are safely packaged and ready to ship.
- Ensure all trucks are running on time or reporting lateness occurs in advance.
- Ensure all trucks should be adequately staffed and equipped.
- Ensure that communication occurs if there are requirements for subcontractors in a timely manner.
