      Summary of Position: The Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of the warehouse and distribution center, including shipping and transportation requirements. This role ensures the safety, security, sanitation, and cleanliness of the warehouse, docks, and all related equipment. Responsibilities include managing the organizational layout, overseeing the receipt of raw materials, and ensuring accurate inventory management, including the return-to-inventory process. The Warehouse Manager leads a team to coordinate the movement of finished goods, inventory rotation, and the picking, packing, shipping of products in compliance with company policies and customer requirements.Responsibilities:
      • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, compliance with company policies, and adherence to health and safety standards, including GMPs, SOPs, and PPE requirements
      • Manage inventory levels by performing physical counts, reconciling with ERP systems, and implementing procedures for timely audits and issue resolution.
      • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely receipt and delivery of goods, while optimizing freight costs through effective negotiation and procurement.
      • Maintain a labor tracker to monitor and analyze workforce performance, improve productivity, and manage workload distribution.
      • Collaborate with the production team and operations management to ensure accurate picking for work orders, address discrepancies, and achieve departmental and company targets.
      • Implement and oversee systems, including Kanban, to ensure efficient organization and replenishment of shared supplies.
      • Establish procedures for identifying, segregating, and disposing of expired materials in compliance with regulatory standards.
      • Lead, coach, and mentor warehouse staff to achieve performance goals and foster professional development.
      • Manage shipping and receiving functions across multiple warehouse locations, ensuring operational consistency and efficiency.
      • Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities for audits, quality control, and operational reporting.
      • Use Quality Control, KPIs, and improvement actions to drive results and support decision-making aligned with company goals.
      • Other duties as assigned.
      Requirements:
      • 5 years' proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
      • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
      • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
      • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
      • Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
      • Leadership skills and ability manage staff
      • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
      • Excellent communication skills
      • BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration preferred
      • Strong ERP; MS Excel, Word
      • Forklift Operation Certification
      Physical Requirements:
      • Requires standing/walking 50% – 50% of the day, roughly 4 hours.
      • Maximum lifting 50 lbs.
      • Sitting stationary roughly 50% of the day, up to 4 hours, with a focus on computer tasks.
      • Some slight bending/maneuvering 20% of the day.
