- Promote continuous improvements through development of the team to ensure delivery schedules and KPIs are met and where possible, exceeded
- Maintain effective communication between the warehouse and transport FLMs to ensure effective and smooth running of the operation
- Develop team through regular reviews and identification of training needs, ensuring probationary reviews for new starters are completed
- Ensure customer service and interface with customer is maintained to the highest standard, ensuring escalation of issues as appropriate
- Customer focused with a demonstrable commitment to Continuous Improvement
- Knowledge and experience of Warehouse Management Systems
- Understand of budgets, their formulation and management
- The ability to effectively inspire, lead and develop colleagues

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Warehouse Shift Manager (Lates) to join us on our Costa & Whitbread contract in Feltham. You will lead a team of First Line Managers to deliver a high standard of productivity in the warehouse to ensure a smooth operation allowing to deliver the correct products for our customer.
This is a full time, permanent position, working any 5 from 7, 14:00 – 22:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £43,000.00 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
