      We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Waste Analyst with demonstrated experience in sustainability certifications such as Green Globes, TRUE Zero Waste, and ISO 14001/50001. The ideal candidate will support the organization's waste reduction goals, analyze waste streams, implement waste diversion strategies, and lead the pursuit of environmental certifications across facilities. This role is instrumental in advancing our zero-waste and circular economy initiatives.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Conduct detailed waste stream assessments to identify reduction, reuse, and recycling opportunities.
      • Support and lead TRUE Zero Waste certification processes for sites, including data tracking, documentation, and third-party coordination.
      • Assist with Green Globes certification requirements related to waste and material management.
      • Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 50001 (Energy Management) standards; support audits and reporting.
      • Work with facility teams to develop and implement waste reduction programs aligned with corporate sustainability goals.
      • Track and analyze waste metrics, prepare reports, and communicate performance to stakeholders.
      • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, operations, EH&S, and sustainability teams.
      • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and innovations in waste management and sustainable certifications.
      • Support corporate ESG disclosures, reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP), and sustainability communications.


      Qualifications:

      Required:
      • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
      • 2-5 years of experience in waste analysis, sustainability, or environmental compliance.
      • Proven experience supporting or leading TRUE Zero Waste, Green Globes, or ISO certification projects.
      • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
      • Knowledge of waste diversion methods, circular economy, and materials management.
      • Experience in manufacturing, corporate real estate, or facility management settings.


      Skills and Competencies:
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
      • Effective communicator with technical and non-technical audiences.
      • Proficient in MS Excel and data visualization tools.
