- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Waterpark Front Desk and Guest Services team, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze revenue trends across the Waterpark to inform pricing strategies, staffing models, guest service enhancements, and Cabana rentals.
- Implement and manage upsell programs, package offerings, and point-of-sale opportunities that align with guest needs and revenue targets.
- Train and develop Front Desk and Guest Services team members to uphold service standards and support revenue-focused initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Marketing) to align Waterpark revenue strategies with broader resort goals.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS), property management systems (PMS), and revenue management tools.
- 1-2 years in a Supervisory/Management position. Prior supervisory or management experience required ; experience leading front-line guest service teams strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with guest resolution.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS), property management systems (PMS), and revenue management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to manage time effectively, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software systems including Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/Hotel Management preferred but not required .

Waterpark Revenue Manager
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Revenue Manager to oversee all revenue-generating aspects of the Waterpark, including direct oversight of the Waterpark Front Desk and Guest Services operations. This role is responsible for maximizing existing revenue streams while identifying , implementing, evaluating, and managing new opportunities to enhance profitability and the overall guest experience.
In this dynamic role, the Waterpark Revenue Manager leads the strategic direction of the Waterpark Front Desk—ensuring efficient operations, accurate transaction processing, and exceptional guest service. This includes driving upsell initiatives, managing guest flow, and aligning service practices with revenue goals. The position collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure consistency in service delivery, reporting accuracy, and optimization of both guest satisfaction and financial performance.
