      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with teams in the Chief Investment Office, Investment Solutions Group, or Merrill Home Office on investment strategies and client solutions
      - Participate in educational speaker events and receive coaching from experienced professionals
      - Conduct research and analysis on market trends and investment opportunities
      - Assist in the development of financial models and presentations for clients
      - Support the execution of wealth management strategies and processes in alignment with business objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or direct-to-Master's degree student with a graduation date between November 2027 and August 2028
      - Demonstrated record of achievement through extracurricular activities or leadership roles
      - Strong finance knowledge and analytical skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
      - Ability to work effectively within teams and independently, with strong time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum GPA of 3.2
      - Proficiency in technical skills such as Excel and PowerPoint
      - Major or minor in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, or related fields that integrate quantitative methods with finance and economics
      - Experience with data analysis and management using tools like artificial intelligence and machine learning
      - Knowledge of programming languages such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Python, or R
