What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for Drupal Content Management System (CMS) websites and assist customers in content entry
- Monitor and respond to phone and email requests, logging all requests into a customer tracking system
- Troubleshoot customer access issues and correct coding problems, particularly in HTML and CSS
- Conduct training sessions and participate in meetings on technical systems, both in-person and remotely
- Ensure timely delivery of high-caliber service and maintain web accessibility standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with Drupal 7 & 9, including Site Building and Front End or Back End Development
- Strong troubleshooting skills for HTML and web forms, with a good understanding of web accessibility standards
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt work objectives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PHP, GIT Repositories, and JavaScript libraries
- Site building experience specifically in Drupal 9
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum teams and tools like JIRA
