What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Update, maintain, and publish website pages ensuring accuracy, accessibility, brand consistency, and on-page SEO alignment
- Manage website CMS, including active promotions, campaigns, and regulatory content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize site architecture, content structure, and overall user experience
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical or UI/UX issues, contributing to process improvements
- Conduct webpage QA and monitor page performance, documenting issues or user feedback as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 1-3 years of related experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in front-end languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Jira Cloud, and Asana
- Highly skilled in utilizing CMS similar to WordPress and/or Drupal for web content management
