What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage analytics and tracking configurations to ensure data accuracy and consistency across client websites
- Build, maintain, and update dashboards and reports to communicate performance trends and insights effectively
- Conduct audits and quality checks of existing analytics implementations, identifying gaps and providing recommendations
- Implement tracking configurations in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager aligned with client objectives
- Assist in creating measurement plans that connect digital performance to marketing goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics (GA4)
- 2+ years of experience using a tag management system such as Google Tag Manager
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for explaining analytics concepts to non-technical team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic experience with SQL, JavaScript, or other development technologies
- Familiarity with social listening or market research tools across multiple marketing channels
- Exposure to BI or visualization tools such as Tableau or Domo
- Aptitude for leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency
- Prior experience in an agency environment
