      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interact with members across various support channels, including email and chat, to provide exceptional service
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on Public's features, products, and services, ensuring members are well-informed
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Operations, and Compliance, to resolve member issues
      - Conduct advanced research into complex member escalations, such as trade disputes and regulatory inquiries
      - Advocate for member feedback and feature requests to enhance overall member satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in financial services, fully licensed with Series 7 and 63
      - Prior experience as a Customer Escalation Specialist or Customer Escalation Manager in financial services or fintech
      - High degree of comfort or ability to learn and leverage technology to serve members
      - Strong commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring positive member experiences
      - Ability to work independently and creatively solve problems
