What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and dispatch crisis calls in collaboration with the Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) team
- Enroll and re-enroll consumers in the electronic health record (EHR) system, updating client demographic information
- Enter consumer information from MCR team documentation and external agency case transfers
- Assign clinical team members to consumer cases as directed
- Verify consumer eligibility for services as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic computers, EHR systems, and relevant terminology
- Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, internet research, and email correspondence
