What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct warm welcome calls to newly enrolled clients, ensuring they understand program details and benefits
- Build positive, trusting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Clearly explain the debt settlement program, answer questions, and address concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Document all client interactions and call outcomes according to standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role, ideally in financial services
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in conducting phone-based client support or sales calls is highly preferred
