Leads the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive wellness training program ensuring strategic alignment with specific business goals and partner requirements
Using data and research, identifies learning needs and recommends learning and development solutions and interventions to support wellness and resilience
Acts as W&R content expert and designs learning and development programs and solutions
Collaborates with W&R Leadership Team and key internal/external stakeholders to recommend and deploy effective solutions to achieve defined learning and development objectives
Uses a variety of learning modalities, including virtual and eLearning to design curriculum
Creates and leads the delivery of TaskUs standardized W&R learning programs, including client-created training requirements, to new and existing employees during onboarding, and as needed throughout employment
Develops and implements a comprehensive communication strategy to promote and market W&R learning and development programs
Partners with the W&R Team and key stakeholders, specifically but not limited to the Learning Experience Team to ensure that mandatory W&R training requirements are met during onboarding and beyond.
Researches and presents new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning relevant to W&R
Plans and organizes schedules of Facilitators for specific wellness sessions
Conducts classroom observations and provides timely feedback and/or coaching to Facilitators
Facilitates regular briefings and meetings with Facilitators to keep them engaged and informed of session updates
Trains and onboards new facilitators to ensure global program standards are maintained in the department
Provides continuous professional development opportunities for wellness and resiliency staff through internal and external training (when available/appropriate)
Gathers data to report to the Director of Research and Data Analytics for Resiliency and other key stakeholders
Represents the department’s training initiatives in leadership meetings and client presentations, as requested
Initiates and facilitates specific programs, activities and projects between and among sites and geos, assigned by W&R Leadership
Develops self by proactively seeking programs and learning opportunities within and outside the company and finds ways to teach and transfer the same skill to the team
Must have at least 3 years experience designing modules focused towards Wellness, and Psychosocial topics
Preferably a Psychology degree holder
At least 1 to 2 years of experience within a BPO setting

The Wellness and Resiliency Lead for Learning is responsible for designing learning modules and content for all Content Moderation campaigns, specifically our Resiliency Studio . This individual uses data and research in designing and implementing the W+R Learning Agenda for all geographies .
