What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and design health and wellness programs in collaboration with assigned facilities
- Support regional teams with the implementation of new products and services
- Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and report outcomes to stakeholders
- Provide on-site health screenings and education as needed
- Coordinate activities and manage communication for wellness initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in health and wellness
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to think critically and manage data effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in health coaching or lifestyle management programs
- Familiarity with employee wellness research and standards
- Previous involvement in community health initiatives or program development
- Knowledge of biometric screenings and phlebotomy practices
