What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Secure owner specifications favorable for the employer's products
- Develop new accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Communicate product features and benefits to customers effectively
- Analyze sales data and trends to inform strategic decisions
- Coordinate with technical support and customer service to ensure client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the infrastructure or engineering sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM databases
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales records and market trends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with public speaking and product presentations
- Familiarity with contract and shop drawing interpretation
- Previous experience in negotiation and closing sales transactions
- Knowledge of the bidding process, including Design Build and 3 P bidding
- Experience attending and evaluating trade shows
