  Withum Wealth Company is seeking a meticulous and self-motivated WFH Data Entry Specialist to join our dedicated team. This is a Full-Time, fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 - $30 USD per hour.
  
  Responsibilities
  
  As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large volumes of information within our company databases and computer systems. Your primary duties will include:
  * Accurately entering data from various source documents into the prescribed computer system within time limits.
  * Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output.
  * Ensuring the absolute confidentiality of all company and client information.
  * Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
  * Complying with data integrity and security policies.
  * Collaborating with the wider team to ensure data consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
  * Organising and sorting source documents to prepare them for data entry.
  
  Qualifications
  
  We are looking for a candidate with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess:
  * Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
  * Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a keen eye for detail.
  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, and familiarity with data programs.
  * Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  * High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential data.
  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  * A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
