What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients with the setup of ADP Workforce Now and associated modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand company setup and design for Payroll, HRIS, Talent, and Onboarding
- Pull reporting for existing setups and analyze current company designs
- Validate system data and assist with corrections, including adding new hire info and changes
- Support the Go-Live process and provide Hypercare for 2-3 weeks post-launch
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in project management, specifically with Payroll and Human Capital Management systems
- Ability to work East Coast hours
- Strong analytical skills to conduct system data validation and reporting
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in consulting roles related to Payroll and HR systems
- Familiarity with ADP implementation processes
- Background in benefits module setup and validation
- Knowledge of dual maintenance processes for HRIS systems
