What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement Go to Market plans to support and engage dealers in strategic activities
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, including training and dealer meetings
- Manage the Mechanical Field sales force and drive dealer engagement in sales programs
- Conduct monthly meetings with Field and General Office support staff to review business priorities
- Act as the tactical and strategic lead for Mechanical Wholesales, including contests and incentives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Required FCSD experience with a strong Dealer Fixed Operations acumen
- Field experience with the ability to leverage data for business decisions
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work cross-functionally and handle a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing FCSD Fixed & Variable Marketing budgets
- Familiarity with the Motorcraft Market Representation Performance Tool (MMRP)
