      Hybrid onsite at Walnut Creek, CA (Tue-Thu)

      Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years

      Responsibilities:
      • Responsible for collecting and using hourly and daily service measurement data to optimize the LTE and 5G networks.

      • Representing the team for feature related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks by meeting deliverables and holding other parties accountable per project plan.
      • Troubleshooting hardware and performance problems independently or by coordinating with other teams.
      • Supporting Network Performance in evaluating and improving areas of poor coverage by identifying system performance problems.
      • Reporting issues to appropriate engineers.
      • Resolving customer service issues, assisting in implementing solutions, and collecting drive test data in support of performance evaluations and build program prioritization.

      MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
      Fundamental knowledge of 5G SA and NSA network
      5G RAN KPI monitoring
      Fundamental knowledge of 4G LTE networks


      DESIRED SKILLS:
      KPI monitoring
      Some Scripting Experience
