What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to copy and paste and troubleshoot
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of personal success
- A dedicated home office space free from noise and distractions
- Successful identity verification process on the first day of training
- Passing background check required before commencing phone time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or sales environment
- Familiarity with using multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience raising funds for charitable organizations
