What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct diagnostics and evaluations to determine solutions for technical issues
- Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for various systems and releases
- Manage customer IT service requests via multiple channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve service tickets within SLA parameters
- Assist with large-scale application and hardware deployments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4 to 7 years' experience in a high-profile Help Desk/Desktop Support environment
- Minimum two (2) certifications: CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL Foundations, Dell Certification, etc.
- Availability to work rotating shifts spanning 24/7/365
- Experience supporting over 5,000 users in a commercial IT environment
- Strong customer service experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial systems support
- Demonstrated ability to make non-technical users comfortable with technology concepts
- Proficiency in Windows 2007 server environments and Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
