What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform product fulfillment and oversee the Wood Furniture shop
- Train and supervise Persons in our Care in furniture production and packaging
- Develop and implement new products, manage inventories, and production costs
- Ensure shop health and safety, including security, health, and tool control
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including PIOC workers, sales staff, and quality control
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with wood furniture manufacturing techniques
- Experience in training and/or overseeing others in wood furniture fabrication and assembly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role in a wood furniture manufacturing setting
