What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues effectively
- Utilize technology for account management tasks and customer support
- Identify sales opportunities and apply sales techniques to promote products

- Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain regular attendance

- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
