What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and upsell existing products and services
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts professionally and courteously
- Resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer service
- Document and process customer orders accurately in the required systems
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on program knowledge and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or back-office support in a contact center environment
