Job Description
- Req#: R0115619
- Assists in the managing, dispatching and follow up of service requests and preventive maintenance work under the Base Operations and Support contract.
- Receives, processes, schedules and monitors work orders.
- Create and close work orders in USMCmax (US Marine Corp. Maximo).
- Track work orders for timely completion.
- Perform general office administrative duties such as preparing reports, tables, summaries and other documents using standard office software.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in an operations and maintenance or construction environment is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience with a work order management system such as a Maximo or SAP based CMMS is preferred.
- Must be an experienced user of Microsoft office suite.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) - facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization.
- Constantly seeks ways to improve and promote quality of work product.
- Must be able to perform data entry in a timely and efficient manner and not lose focus.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills sufficient to effectively communicate with employees, management, and the client.
- High school diploma or GED required.

This is part time, casual position providing operational mission support.
POSITION SUMMARY
In addition to meeting the necessary qualifications the selected candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic and high-energy environment. This position will be remote.
Performance Location: The individual filling this position will work report supporting Amentum on a contract for the US Department of Defense based at Marine Corp Air Station, Iwakuni, Japan.
