What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding customer needs
- Advocate for customers and resolve issues in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Investigate customer concerns and implement process improvements
- Support and guide other customer service advocates in resolving customer issues
- Maintain a solid attendance record and demonstrate good judgment in decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Ability to work in a secure home office environment with the required internet specifications
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience in the financial or credit card industry
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
